Lancôme Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover

Lancome's Bi-Facil is easily the best makeup remover I have ever tried. It's quite the splurge at 26$ for 4.2 oz, but the quality of the product really makes it worth it for me.

The first dual-phase makeup remover I tried was Clinique's Take The Day Off Makeup Remover For Lids, Lashes & Lips--which I liked, and it is a cheaper alternative. But I can't get over the extra qualities Lancome's remover has. There's a soft floral scent that's pleasant and isn't overpowering. Since it's a dual-phase product, it does require shaking before use. Some people might not like that aspect of it, but I personally need it for waterproof makeup removal.

After use, my skin feels very clean and doesn't feel greasy. There's no oily residue either, but I definitely need to lotion up after use else my skin will dry out. The remover itself is gentle on my super sensitive skin, doesn't irritate or sting my eyes (like every other liquid product in existence.. "OTL) and harsh tugging is never necessary. I like to saturate a cotton pad, then leave it on over the makeup I want to remove for a couple seconds before wiping away. This method works best for when I want to remove waterproof makeup too. I used to abhor removing waterproof mascara from all the extra rubbing, tugging, and loss of lashes that would ensue. Letting the cotton pad soak for a bit gives time towards breaking down the makeup before removal. Bi-Facil is also the only remover that has performed the best in terms of removing the most out of products that stain.
