For today, I am supposed to name two makeup products that I would not recommend. The first are NYX Liquid Crystal Liners, and the second is an Urban Decay Urbanglow Cream Highlight.
I typically love products from Urban Decay, but I just couldn't figure out how to like this one. I paid full price (24$ for 0.17 oz) for the highlighter back in October 2010 and never learned how to make it look flattering on the skin. It's far too expensive for such a lackluster product. The texture is very slippery and almost oily to the touch. Initial application is okay, but wear time and the actual look of Wicked as a highlighter on my face just isn't something I like at all. Urban Decay's description of the color says that it's a "radiant pinky shimmer," but I always got a peachy browned, greasy look in person.

Moving on, I wasn't a big fan of these NYX glitter eyeliners originally, and now I hate them. They burned the skin on my arm when I swatched them earlier today and the product had thickened up in the tubes. Like I'd really want to give these another chance on my eyes at this point. What a waste of 10$.. Anyway, I fare much better using a Sugarpill Chromalust wet with something like MAC Fix+ or Liquid Sugar.
